3. Appointment Booking
When you book an appointment:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- An appointment request does not constitute a guaranteed booking until confirmed by the clinical staff or marked as 'Confirmed' in the portal.
- The Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to clinical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations can be performed directly through the patient dashboard using the Booking ID.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the portal for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security features. Attempting to access unauthorized clinical data is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Brain Canvas Institute and Dr. Jigyansa Ipsita Pattnaik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.
